CEVOLANI JOINS THE
PARITEL GROUP
PARITEL FINANZIARIA, a Bolognese company with a 20 year history of managing industrial
partnerships for investments in durable commodities, has completed a 100% acquisition of
Cevolani S.p.A. which was previously owned by the Pelliconi Group.
Cevolani will join the other members of the Paritel group which work in three different divisions: automatic machinery, precision tooling machinery and industrial plant engineering for bulk material handling.
Paritel will introduce Cevolani into the automatic machinery sector where SASIB S.p.A. (Tobacco
Machinery) is one of the division members with the main objective to take advantage of a strong
synergy between the companies.
